We had to deal with a very difficult seller, and Patrick stayed very calm and professional even through some weird encounters with the residents living in the basement. The house needed quite a lot of TLC, but Patrick was able to see the beautiful home hiding under the years of neglect, and encouraged us to give it a chance. He was able to negotiate an outstanding deal for us, that helped to offset all of the repairs and renovations we needed to make. After a month of blood, sweat, and definitely some tears, we now have a gorgeous home that we are so thrilled to call our own.
